Thank you for selecting Mercy Health Alliance as your primary health care network.
As a new member of Mercy Health Alliance,
There are a couple key things you should know:
- You should have received your new medical ID cards before January 1st. If you have not received your medical ID card by January 1, you can print a temporary card by going to the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois Website, at www.bcbsil.com/boeing, logging in, and going to the My Coverage tab.
- On the Services tab (located at the top of this site) you’ll find all kinds of helpful information on the ways we can help you get healthy and stay that way. From primary and urgent care to highly technical specialties, we’re here for you.
Good health starts with your relationship with a primary care physician.
He or she can advise you on healthy lifestyle choices, help you stay on top of any chronic conditions, and detect medical issues before they become serious. By designating a primary care physician, you’ll have a health care navigator that will ensure you are receiving the right care at the right time and providing that connection to our entire team of specialists and caregivers.
For those times when more specialized care is needed, your primary care physician can recommend the services of a highly skilled specialist. Browse our directory of specialty physicians here.
